Filters and Containers : The Maple Guys

We are currently in the process of switching over our inventory of plastic jugs from Sugarhill to Bacon Jugs. We will continue to carry the extra caps for the Sugarhill jugs.

Safe bottling procedure: Heat syrup to 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit, fill bottles to the top (syrup level will drop as it cools), cap bottle and turn upside down so that heated syrup comes in contact with all surfaces of the bottle and cap, killing any possible bacteria. When filling the maple leaf bottles, tip the bottle when filling so as to allow any air that accumulates in the tips of the leaf to escape before capping.
